Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unworn and unfrayed, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information about how to ship and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure that you receive the items you want is to return the item and, upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase of a new item.

European Union cancellation period Regardless of the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a period of 14 days, for any reason and without the obligation to provide a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unworn and unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging. Reembolsos
Iremos notificá-lo após receive and inspect your return and will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
